Social media graphics in 5 minutes
Take your own photo of your place and, with ChatGPT or Canva, turn it into a post that lets visitors know they can collect a Placerion digital stamp at your place.

How to do it

Download the Social media kit and unzip it. Everything is in one folder.

Open ChatGPT. The free version works too.

Choose a format and copy its prompt:
– Story: quick sharing, disappears after 24 hours.
– Square: a post that stays on your profile. Works on Facebook and LinkedIn too.

Attach your photo, the frame in the same format and the logo in a colour that stands out on your photo: white on a darker photo, black on a light one. Send.

Download the finished image and share it. Don’t forget to tag @placerion.
Prompt for stories
Turn my attached photo into an Instagram story graphic, 1080 × 1920 px, portrait. 1. Crop the photo to this format so the place is clearly visible. 2. Place the attached frame with green squares over the whole photo exactly as it is. Do not move, recolour or add any squares. 3. Put the attached Placerion logo at the bottom centre, about 30% of the image width and roughly 250 px above the bottom edge, so the Instagram bar does not cover it. Do not alter the logo. 4. Do not change the photo otherwise: no filters, no new objects or people, no text, no QR code. Give me the result as a downloadable image, 1080 × 1920 px.
Prompt for a square post
Turn my attached photo into a square social media post, 1080 × 1080 px. 1. Crop the photo to a square so the place is clearly visible. 2. Prefer Canva? Put your photo at the bottom, the frame on top (it is transparent) and the logo at the bottom centre. If something goes wrong in ChatGPT, just tell it in the next message, e.g. “make the logo smaller”.
